Description
In Draw Lines to Rescue Stickman, you’re handed a pencil and the fate of a little stick figure rests in your sketchy fingertips. The idea is straightforward at first glance: draw one continuous line or squiggle on each level to block bombs, stop arrows, deflect angry bees—basically, if something nasty can happen to our stick friend, it will. And then you have to get creative about how you save him. No two solutions really look alike, which makes things strangely satisfying. Sometimes I thought I had the answer, only for gravity (and the game’s surprisingly snappy physics engine) to pull some trick that ruined my plan.
It’s not about perfect artistry. Even messy scrawls can be genius if they get the job done. I liked that freedom. It’s interesting—anyone can pick up and play since drawing is all there is; but there’s this layer of logic-puzzle thinking underneath that ramps up fast.
Pacing changes from silly quick rounds where you breeze through with goofy shields, to head-scratchers that made me pause a bit longer than I expected. Younger players will get laughs just experimenting, while older puzzle fans might sit back and mutter ‘wait… how does THAT work?’ once or twice.
Well, sometimes a wobbly line is all you need.

I didn’t expect much going in—I mean, it looks almost too simple at first—but after a few levels I was grinning every time my weird doodle saved the stickman by pure luck (or chaos). Later puzzles actually made me think harder than I’d care to admit. That’s when things got fun and also kind of frustrating when my lines kept missing the mark.
There were moments when the physics felt slightly unpredictable, like maybe what worked before randomly failed this time around. But honestly? That unpredictability made landing a solution even sweeter somehow. If anything, sometimes I wished for more hints on tougher stages.
To be honest, it’s not revolutionary or anything—but as quick puzzle games go, it scratches an itch.
